what is reclarify?

reclarify is a software package written in R for automating the sorting and grouping of LDIR particle data from the Clarity analysis suite

why does it exist?

grouping, sorting, and processing data produced by imaging software takes time, and lacks transferability reclarify aims to automate the data handling process and cut down operator bias

who made it?

reclarify was started in February 2022 with support from:
