What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)

After reviewing the submissions from Team Project 1, it became clear that participants' projects were not meeting our expectations. To address these shortcomings and enhance employability, we have created two new slides for Part 2 of the Team Project module.

These new slides are specifically tailored to Cohort 3 and may need revamping for future iterations. To ensure we address the issues effectively, I researched industry best practices and conducted an interview with the technical facilitator of Team Project 1. Their insights helped identify common pitfalls and areas that need reinforcement.

The two slides, while concise, tackle the most common issues and preserve the majority of time for the team project itself. They also include third-party articles to further reinforce key points and ensure participants are well-prepared for success.
