Stacked on #131
The base goerli mapper does not work as originally intended (and has not been for almost a year), since the original tokenlist source no longer contains base_goerli token data.
Given that official Base Goerli support has ended, we decided there is no need to keep this mapper nor try to fix it. This PR removes the Base Goerli mapper.
