TEST: Collapse the NIDS tests together (backport) #2568

Backport #2447 onto the 1.3.x stable branch.

This fixes missing the file Level3_FTG_N0B_20220304_1820.nids in any of
the tests. None of the tests were functionally different, so just run
all of the NIDS files through the main level3 test.
