Welcome to USAID Forecast Data, a tool for visualizing and exploring USAID's regularly released procurement planning forecasts. This project/site is intended to simplify and increase the accessibility of USAID's business forecasts, and to help USAID partners, especially small businesses, identify countries or sectors to focus their planning efforts.
- The data presented here only include the "Mission/Overseas Opportunities" forecast.
- To keep things simple I have excluded Personal Services Contract procurements.
- Dollar amounts use the low end of the range given for each opportunity on the forecast. This is to minimize the distorting effects of the increasing range sizes USAID uses to estimate the likely total estimated cost. The numbers presented here can be thought of as "at least" $X million is planned for a particular region, country, or sector.

The information presented is not official and this project/site does not claim to represent the views of USAID or the U.S. Government in any capacity. Further, the data used and presented here reflects a number of decisions, including classifying opportuniries by including sector and region, that merely represent my best attempt at categorizing the opportunities presented in the forecast in a meaningful way or otherwise cleaning up the data for presentation.
