Docs: Setup: reformat dependency list

• The Material theme made it difficult to identify the hyperlinks.
• The given names didn't always match the required HACS search terms.
• Replaced data table with standard list.
• Renamed some items to make them more easily found in HACS.
• Added instruction for using HACS custom repositories.
