Code accompanying the UBC V3dR dataset.
We provide code for reading frame-level CMU annotations in Matlab.
These are the 8 classes and their corresponding IDs used in the annotation file:
- get_up (5)
- kick (10)
- pick_up (12)
- punch (9)
- sit_down (4)
- throw_overhead (13)
- turn (6)
- walk (7)
The main function to read the annotation is:
labels_cell = get_annotation_labels(<CSV annotation file path>, ...);
See the script RUN_GET_LABELS
for an example.
labels_cell
is a 2000 x 2 cell array
where each row corresponds to one file:
- The first column has the file name.
- And, the second column is another cell array with length equal to the number of frames, where each cell block holds IDs of the labelled actions for that frame.
###Note:
- We assume that the mocap data has already been subsampled to 24 fps (originally at 120 fps).
- We can have multiple labels per frame e.g., a subject can walk and throw at the same time.
- We use the function
