Satodime v0.1-0.2 (minor)

Satodime-Applet v0.1-0.2: javacard applet for the Satodime bearer crypto card.

Minor patch: refactor card-setup: allows to read info when setup is not done, i.e. when nobody has taken ownership of the card (changes are not allowed).

Note for developers:

It is recommended to test the applet on the Bitcoin/Ethereum testnet.
Regarding hardware support: only cards with ALG_EC_SVDP_DH_PLAIN_XY are supported!
