As a Windows user I would like to be able to download JSystem as a ZIP file so it will be easier for me the extract it.

Since I had problems to support changes set of multiple archived
packages. I had to remove the dist profile completly and to produce zip
and tar.gz files by default any time the runner project is invoked.
