Under Linux and Mac you can set a user defined parameter from type GenericObjectParameterProvider and ObjectArrayParameterProvider and the objects are serialized correctly to string but when you try to read it again it the values are empty.

This is also doesn't work with StringBufferParamerProvider under Linux
