This is VoteCoin GUI Wallet, with voting features.

Installation for Windows:

• download
• unzip
• run votecoin.exe

How to upgrade from previous GUI wallet version:

• close your old wallet
• copy files from new wallet over your old wallet directory, overwriting existing files
• run votecoin.exe

Make sure to backup your old wallet in case something goes wrong. Most important file is wallet.dat, which contains your coins.
