Move the file hacks.json into the "%GD%/ReplayEngine" directory in order to enable the "Hacks" tab. Additionally:

Loading message.
Fixed Sequence Tab.
Fixed ffmpeg.exe or clicks.exe check
Improved frame updating
Certain code optimizations.
