OOT Auto Tracker v0.0.1

An auto tracker for OOT Randomizer. Still requires a lot of work to be put in and is expected to have a fair amount of bugs both logically and quality of life

Directions:

1. Setup OOT Randomizer as normal
2. Download, unzip, and run the OOT_Auto_Tracker executable
3. Open and run the auto-tracker.lua file in the BizHawk Lua Console
4. Select any logic settings in the GUI
5. Have fun not having to stop to click buttons!
6. Report bugs, logic errors, missing checks, and anything else that needs work
