v1.4 First release under new name

This is a fork of Paul Stoffregen's excellent XPT2046 library. It exists for a single reason: PaulStoffregen#24 There is a fix in the upstream repository to make the library compatible with ESP8266 Arduino Core 2.5+. However, the author couldn't be convinced to create a new release. We tried many times.

Eventually we decided to fork and release it under a new name - including the fix. Our customers depend on this. At some point it was simply one support request too many. Who reads documentation anyway?
