This only handles the controls portion of fullscreen. It doesn't make the video use the entire screen, that still needs to be done via styles. Will be implemented later

A very basic fullscreen implementation that switches the navigation controls to fullscreen mode similar to how it works in ExoPlayer. More work is needed to make the video use the entire screen, in the meantime, set the width & height in the style to match the screen dimensions.
We also needed docs for all the fullscreen methods & events.
