This commit introduces a new pottery design feature with a supporting GUI, enabling users to design and decorate pottery items. Additionally, it centralizes and updates certain item name components for consistency. Changes include new pottery commands and permissions, as well as modifications to existing GUI item names and removal of redundant keys in resource files.
