feat: added tiptap on webapp

Features and Improvements:

• Better support for code blocks with highlighting

• Better support for mentions with the UI matching the theme. Better keyboard navigation.

• Improved the UX of the editor for edge cases like lists, code blocks. No more "ghost paragraphs" to deal with.
• Fixes bug: when entering ordered/unordered lists, a extra list element gets created on pressing enter to save #169
• Has support for image pasting
• New lightweight emoji picker that opens up instantly and does not cause issues with spaces on the QuillEditor
• Storing messages as both HTML and JSON now. HTML ensures easy rendering and backwards compatibility. JSON allows us to build complex features like notifying mentions and adding React code blocks in between messages if needed
• Support for highlighting text
• Auto-detection of links in the message body while typing
• Supports file previews like earlier
• Supports reply previews like earlier
• Fixes Uploading files sends an empty message call to the server #440

Pending Issues:

• QuillEditor needs to be uninstalled
• Add more styling for other blocks in Tiptap
• Edit message modal on web app needs to be moved to TipTap
• Using Tiptap on mobile app
• Function to send the message is stale because of a bug in React - causes issues with when trying to upload files by hitting the enter key. Fix React Dependency Array creating new editor instances instead of reusing existing one ueberdosis/tiptap#4453

Other issues that will be taken up in other tasks:

1. HTML Renderer for message stream should now use Tiptap's renderer
