Features

To use, select some dna bps on the page and run a command from the command palette:

• Bio: Reverse Complement DNA to string
• Bio: Translate DNA to AA string
• Bio: Get Degenerate DNA from AA string
• Bio: Complement DNA string
• Bio: Reverse Complement DNA string
• Bio: Reverse DNA string
• Bio: Calculate Percent GC of DNA string
• Bio: Calculate Tm of DNA string

To use, either select the text you want to be converted or put your cursor in a file to convert the entire file:

• Bio: Convert .gb (Genbank) to TeselaGen .json
• Bio: Convert .fasta to .gb (Genbank)
• Bio: Convert .dna (Snapgene) to .gb (Genbank)
• Bio: Convert .gb (Genbank) to .bed
• Bio: Convert .gb (Genbank) to .fasta
