Updated translations and removed translations without a default value.
Fixes the following warnings:

warn: removing resource org.schabi.newpipe.debug:string/adjust_by_semitones_checkbox without required default value.
warn: removing resource org.schabi.newpipe.debug:string/app_update_notification_content_text without required default value.
warn: removing resource org.schabi.newpipe.debug:string/app_update_notification_content_title without required default value.
warn: removing resource org.schabi.newpipe.debug:string/progressive_load_interval_default without required default value.

Weblate will be locked until this PR is merged!
