First version of Location Kit Huawei artifact.
-Base dependency upgraded to 1.0.2 in order to avoid crashes due to failed huawei tasks.
-Location settings client stuff is implemented.
-Huawei Location Kit version 5.0.0.301 was implemented on this release.
-Java version was forced to 1.8.
