Infinite Queries invalidation UI update question

Considering this example.

1. we fetch 10 pages of infinite query
2. using file upload we add new item that could be inserted in any of the pages depending on it's attributes
3. we invalidate this query key
4. 10 api calls are performed in series to fetch fresh data
5. UI is updated and new item appears

Is it possible to update UI after each page?

No because the final result will only be committed to the cache after all refetches have succeeded. We would otherwise show inconsistency data with potentially duplicate entries.
