A static site generator using python, html, and CSS

Builds items from the content folder into the public.
The public folder is what gets hosted by the server with the static folder being items like images.
Any file/directory in the content will be pushed into the public. as it builds recursively from the content folder.
In addition, backup for any folder using the backup method call. normally only set to backup public.
