no module named 'cv2'

Hello

I followed /docs/1.windows-installation.md but webui.cmd says a file can't be found, then stays stuck on "installing pip dependencies" for very long, then loop forever on "no module named 'cv2'" error.

I uninstalled and deleted everything and started again, but I ended up with the exact same problem.

Can someone help please ?

I seem to have solved the cv2 problem with :

pip install opencv-python
python -m pip install opencv-python
conda install -c conda-forge opencv

Now it can't find the nt._add_dll_directory(path) procedure in 'miniconda\envs\ldm\lib\site-packages\torch\lib'

Answering my own question: To fix the nt._add_dll_directory(path) procedure issue on Windows 7, you need to install Windows6.1-KB2758857-x64.msu update.
