All models for Const-me download 1KB file

I cannot download any models from the interface. It keeps downloading a 1KB file with "Invalid username or password." as the content.

After keep trying, I got this error

Seems that the link now asking for a password

I ended up downloading from here

I also downloaded it from there, but I can't choose it in Subtitle Edit (Ver. 3.6.13) when I move it to the models folder under:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Subtitle Edit\Whisper\Models

You need to rename it. large.bin for large model, for example.
