Extlibs built using GCC 13.2 with UCRT and POSIX threads.

Updates

  • 20241212: The winlibs.zip file contains the compiler used. It is the same as that from winlibs except the files are at the top level.
  • 20250121: extlibs_ucrt_posix_20240515.tar contains all the zip files compiled on 20240515.
  • 20240122: updated versions of libxml2, libxslt, gmp and mpfr
