Download the source code and pack into an ISO. OR Download compiled ISO from releases. Write the ISO to a CD / Bootable Flash Drive using Rufus or anyother tool. Boot your PC from the bootable CD/Flash Drive. Follow on screen instructions to reset or bypass your Windows password.
