Now that the Travis build is fixed, this PR adds the Travis badge to the README.

Hm, I'm confused now.

Looks like CircleCI config is in place. Did we just add TravisCI in previous PR too?

The CircleCI config exists, but CircleCI doesn't have any webhooks configured on this repo. Travis does, and I fixed the Travis tests in #72. I looked into configuring CircleCI webhooks, but I didn't get very far and I won't have time today to finish that. We can do that in a separate PR.

CircleCI webhooks were probably lost during the transition as CircleCI brings the automation that actually produces and deploys the deb/rpm packages we'll need #69.

Anyways, I'm good to keep those CI tasks separated between TravisCI/CircleCI.
