The CircleCI config exists, but CircleCI doesn't have any webhooks configured on this repo. Travis does, and I fixed the Travis tests in #72. I looked into configuring CircleCI webhooks, but I didn't get very far and I won't have time today to finish that. We can do that in a separate PR. |

CircleCI webhooks were probably lost during the transition as CircleCI brings the automation that actually produces and deploys the deb/rpm packages we'll need #69. Anyways, I'm good to keep those CI tasks separated between TravisCI/CircleCI. |

Now that the Travis build is fixed, this PR adds the Travis badge to the README.
