Make `blackbox_initialize` include `.blackbox/.gitattributes` when creating a new repository. Closes StackExchange#351 Signed-off-by: Joe Block <jpb@unixorn.net>

Yeah, it's only going to come up once per repo. Fortunately I was getting ready to demo for my group at work and made a bunch of demo repos while walking through my slides. |
