Manual Foge install

1. Download the attached file (Install_forge_1.8.9.cmd)
2. Run the file
3. Restart the minecraft launcher
4. Create a new Installation
5. Select the version 1.8.9-forge1.8.9-11.15.1.2318-1.8.9 (at the bottom of the version list)
6. Start playing
