Fixes #325

FM = flight model used for the shaker test
FM = flight model used for the shaker test
The FM (version 3.0) has two RF latchup disable pins, so I hid handling
those pins behind functions which do the right thing with the right
pin(s) depending on the HW version.
This HW test is supposed to be used for the shaker test.
