This is quite confusing even for advanced users, as SolidOS/solid-panes#190 shows. We probably want to rethink this UX flow in the long run, but for now let's at least document how it *currently* works.

It does a PATCH which looks like it's only inserting data, so I don't know why but it seemed to still require write access when I tried it, so to be safe, removing the statement that it only requires read+append.
