Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When configuration Magento to show out of stock products and assigning manual positions to products, it can happen that a product positionned at the first position in a category or in a search query context becomes out of stock.
Since manual positions take precedence over the scoring in catalog navigation (when sorting by position) or in fulltext search, such a product will be displayed at that first position even with the presence of a optimizer/boost burying out of stock products.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to configure Elasticsuite to "ignore" manual positions (categories', search queries') for out of stock products.
