A gnome extensions that adds transparency to different overview elements.
You can install the extension from the Gnome Extensions Page here: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/3518/transparent-shell/
Or by cloning the repo: git clone https://github.com/Siroj42/gnome-extension-transparent-shell and moving the transparent-shell@siroj42.github.io folder into your ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/ folder.
The current version has lost support for Shell 3.38 or lower. You will have to use the last release to support it, v6. It is available via the Gnome Extensions Page https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/3518/transparent-shell/ or on GitHub at https://github.com/Siroj42/gnome-extension-transparent-shell/releases/tag/v6.
You can also clone the repo: git clone -b v6 --depth 1 https://github.com/Siroj42/gnome-extension-transparent-shell and follow the steps above.
