Version 1.20

Redo system of showing part locations from scratch.
-Actions in Current Group Actions now have a Green Plus
-Parts in Selected Parts now have a Blue Cross
-Action/Part that is currently being mouse-overed is now a Red Cross

Add support for non-numeric groups (Abort/Gear/Etc) to editor.
-This is the 'Other' button found at the top of the Groups window.
-Parts in this window qualify as Current Actions and will show the Green Plus

Add RCS, SAS and Stage groups to non-numeric group support in both flight and editor
-Be careful using these as the same button that triggers this action group triggers the associated system.
