This is the rc1 version of Qv2ray v3.

Changelog:

  • 0926fe4 update base module Qv2rayBase
  • ec48c64 added compilation and usage documents

Currently no release artifact for Linux is provided (an AppImage release is planned), for now, Arch Linux users can check out qv2ray-static-bin-nightly in AUR.

Users of other distrubutions may download the artifacts from the Github Actions and figure out how to repackage this by themselves.
