19267cb doc: Add ci prefix to CONTRIBUTING.md (Hennadii Stepanov)

Pull request description:

  It seems our maintainers like `ci` prefix for commits and PRs:
  ```
  git log | grep 'ci:'
  ```

  and

  So let's document it.
