What would you like to be added: I would like to have Docusaurus set up for Telescope.

Why would you like this to be added: So we can clean up the current documentation, as well as add pending ones like #2734.

This should also resolve #2746.

It would be great to remove the About page and MDX stuff from our next.js front-end when we do this. It's constantly breaking things.
