FIX: SOC Grid Members improve REVIEW button in light mode

In SOC Grid Members, the REVIEW button looks correct in dark mode:

However, in light mode, the REVIEW button could be improved:

In light mode, the background color of the button matches the background color of the screen so all I really see is just a very faint outline of the button. Whereas in dark mode, the background color of the button is grey and stands out from the black color of the background.

Also we should vertically center the binoculars so that they are aligned with the word REVIEW.
