Dear colleagues,
Please join me in congratulating @konstantin.nekrasov and @mandar.sawant with successful demonstration of an essential component of Hare software stack — hax (HA eXchange) server!
Hare
Hare (HAlon REplacement) is a collection of shell and Python scripts, which (will) generate initial configuration of Mero cluster, start/stop Mero cluster, monitor health of software and hardware entities, communicate availability state updates to Mero servers and clients.
hax is a bridge between Consul and Mero processes (those are unable to talk to Consul directly). consul agent and hax substitute halond on a given node: hax answers "entrypoint" requests of starting m0d processes and transmits HA states to local Mero processes.
