Description
The old autolabeler had too many false positives when adding labels to issues through matching keywords to the text of the issue. There was also an update to the labeler action that introduced breaking changes so the existing PR labelling section needed refreshing too. Now the functionality is that it will label PR's based on the files changed within the PR.
