This pull-requests moves the contents of
iris.tests.pp(mixin test classPPTest) intoiris.tests.__init__, so that we can adopt the same pattern within our tests for accessing testing infrastructure behaviour i.e., throughiris.tests.This rouge testing infrastructure file was uncovered by the
ruffwork being performed by @tkknight.Consult Iris pull request check list
