In this Streamlit Application the development of the portfolio from contributions towards a supplementary pension fund can be simulated. Historical data is used up to the latest available point in time.
Furthermore, a motnhly debt payment calculator is provided to compute the gains on the interest payment when using the public scheme called "Bausparmodell" or "Mutuo Risparmio Casa".
The pension funds in question are the three main supplementary pension funds from the Italian region Trentino Alto-Adige.
All three of the funds offer a menu of investment lines with a varying degree of risk.
