JVM Rules is a light wight a Rule engine that can execute one or more text based rules in a runtime.
JVM Rules API has two parts one is Rule Registry and other is Rule Evaluator. Rule registry keeps all expressions that can apply on data. Rule registry provides the interface to register and unregister expressions at runtime. Rule Evaluator validate dataSet against the Rule Registry and return the result against every expression.
Value Expression | String | Integer | Float | Boolean | Regex | Date | DateTime |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Type | 'A' | 4 | 4.2 | true,false | [R'*'] | [15-01-12016] | [15-01-12016-10:20:56] |
List | {'A','B'} | {2,5} | {3.1,5.5} | {true,false} | {[R''],[R'']} | {[15-01-2016],[20-02-2016]} | {[15-01-12016-15:20:56],[20-02-12016-23:20:56]} |
