Gradle doesn't include JAR by default

When someone uses Utilities via Gradle, the JAR is included for compilation, but not included in the produced JAR if gradle jar is run. This information should be added to the README, along with a workaround (if one is found). For reference, see Samasaur1/CityManagement#37

To fix this, the line:

from configurations.compile.collect { it.isDirectory() ? it : zipTree(it) }

needs to be added to the jar block. However, this may cause this error:

Cannot change dependencies of configuration ':compile' after it has been resolved

In order to fix this, ensure that your dependencies block is before your jar block (and if you have a repositories block, that should be first).
