• Fix text overflowing into other columns on detail views
• List lookups will now stretch to fill the available width, no longer collapses
  • This resolves issues with this control on Android devices
• Updated product name from "Infor CRM" to "Infor CRM SLX" where appropriate
• Added error handling for service worker registration
