Minor refactoring and fixes to the LCI parcelport and pingpong_performance2 benchmark

For the LCI parcelport:

• Add an option to enable/disable in-buffer assembly of header messages
• Fix the lci_progress_poll in cases where there are multiple pus per core.
• Minor changes to the log output.

For the pingpong_performance2 benchmark

• Add warmup
