Doc Needed: Docs should note that mergable parents may create scheduled items even in realtime

#1300 documents a path where the code uses scheduled items for merged records. This is because at some point it was a problem to recalc the rollup in realtime for that scenario.

The DLRS documentation should have notes about this to help people understand it and so we can point people to it when it occurs.
