Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If we are running a Rollup in Scheduled mode and run a Full Calculate or Scheduled Full Calculate the system might leave the Scheduled Item records sitting in queue even though the parent records were just recalculated.
Describe the solution you'd like
However a parent is recalculated, it should look for and proactively clear any Scheduled Item records that are now redundant.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could do what we've always done. Nothing. It doesn't really hurt the system but it would reduce overall load and allow users a method to "clear" Scheduled Items records if they are no longer needed. Such as if the rollup is no longer running in Scheduled Mode.
