MatPlotLib analysis of pharmaceutical data.
Project is housed within the Pymaceuticals folder.
Pymaceuticals contains:
- Pharma_Analysis.ipynb (Jupyter Notebook file of the requested analysis)
- The notebook contains code which references the 'Pymaceuticals > Resources' folder to retreive data.
- Resources Folder
Pymaceuticals > Resources contains:
- pymaceuticals_starter_ORIGINAL.ipynb (Copy of the original Jupyter notebook provided for the project).
- Mouse_metadata.csv (raw data for the test subjects analyzed).
- Study_results.csv (raw data for the test results analyzed).
