1. Revert name to Cauldron for plugin compatibility (1279009)
   Plugins that depend on server name check (e.g. HolographicDisplays) are confused by 'Thermos', which leads to them not enabling correctly.
2. Fix book writing & signing (180e7d9)
   Writable books were broken since 2016 (Thermos 58)
3. Apply unload grace period even without players (8c07b15)
   Improves chunk saving/prevents duping.
